Maria Papadopoulou is the Creative Director of Maria Papadopoulou Hub and a multidisciplinary Architect, Production Designer, Scenographer and Costume Designer based in Athens, Greece.
Renowned for her refined aesthetic and conceptual approach, she creates bespoke spatial experiences for high-profile events, exhibitions, theater, film, television and premium brand campaigns. Her work has received recognition at both national and international festivals, establishing her as a distinctive creative voice in the industry.
In parallel, she undertakes architectural, scenographic and curatorial roles for prestigious cultural exhibitions organized by the Hellenic Parliament at the Tobacco Factory venue, contributing to landmark institutional projects with artistic integrity and strategic vision.
Her practice is rooted in research, cultural narrative and the poetic interpretation of space, crafting immersive environments that connect emotionally with audiences and elevate brand identity.
Maria excelled in the postgraduate program “Design: Space – Culture” at the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Peloponnese, specializing in Set and Costume Design.
She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Derby, through her studies at Vakalo College of Art & Design.
